GoCargo — Package Shipping & Tracking System

About this project

A complete shipping and package tracking system built with Flutter, featuring a fully integrated consumer mobile app and warehouse management portal. Customers can register and track their packages, manage consolidated orders, browse shipping rates, locations, and receive real-time updates. The warehouse admin panel allows staff to manage package intake, consolidation, bagging, AutoShip processing, Airway Bills, and full backend shipment logistics. Built with Clean Architecture and Bloc for scalable and maintainable code, with Firebase Authentication, Firestore, Crashlytics, and Analytics for secure real-time data management and app stability. The system ensures efficient coordination between users and warehouse operations for smooth shipping workflows.
